i rebuilt the warriors by trading draymond and klay for lauri markenen then i just put podsemski at SF and lauri markenen at PF then put wiggons at SG then run moody at 2 and most of the time i let curry and lauri markenen be the main scorers and podsemski just is a super eficient scorer and playmaker, and pretty decent at gaurding the perimeter, than moody is a decent 3 and d, than Looney in a way anchors the paint and that's more than good enough to win rings with curry for even more seasons than one

Love you Matt. But I think you are being pretty harsh to this situation of the Warriors. Klay has started to play a ton better after the first 10 games and with players stepping up big time like Moody, Kuminga, Podz, and TJD. As long as Curry keeps up MVP like numbers, this team is not ready to blow up yet. The biggest issue is the lack of production from Wiggins. I’d hate to see him go but he’s really the only piece that is tradable at the moment. You can’t get rid of Klay or Draymond in order to keep Steph happy and in a dubs uniform. He’s already stated he goes when they go. A Wiggins deal for Capela or Wiggins and Kuminga for Lauri Markkanen (add in any picks needed) makes this team a lot scarier in the playoffs. Just don’t write them off yet🫡

Taking two steps back to take one step forward is so unrealistic man. Drafts aren't like 2k they're so so hit and miss. Trading players for picks when the team is competing is ridiculous tbh. Never happens. And then a team like golden state who've already missed on multiple draft picks wouldn't want to go to the draft again I would say.
