This is a really nice custom of 16. I was wondering when you were going to show it off but apparently your so good at making customs great job man keep up the good work. Also I saw hurricane in the backgrounds too bad 16 didn't appear in Journey Beyond Sodor but once again that's just Mattel making a stupid decision and not paying attention to the fans. anyways well-done toe train I can't wait to see you more of your customs.

Where do you get the face for 16 , the model that was not a wooden railway model I need to KNOW because I try to pronounce the company name for 16 but kept mis. Pronouncing the model/company, again did 16 I will do a 16 wooden railway model as soon as I get the face/ engine

sorry for the late response. it's from a company called ERTL. look up "ertl sixteen" on eBay and you should be able to find one. i repainted the face, but without a repaint it should still suffice. hope this helped.

Also I did not redo the face simply I felt lazy so ya and how precise Do you have to be with the face I just left the face as is and how did you know how much to spray the wheels I just sprayed the wheels light tan still need to redo the wheels and maybe the other details because I did not have the Japanese tape to do the details on the boiler.

I wouldn't beat yourself up about the 16 you painted it looks better than the other ones. Just curious you could have used a water slide decal just for the 16 part and even the cab sides...

this one was airbrushed with model masters for a base coat. lining was hand painted with testors.

What color is Sixteen’s livery ?

Sixteen is painted maroon with yellow lining. His number (16) that he is named after is painted on the sides of his saddle tank in brown with a yellow border. His buffer beams are painted with yellow and black hazard stripes and his buffers are painted silver. His paint is chipped in places. -TTTE wiki
