Trinidad and Tobago needed an academic....a bright visionary prime minister to gather and inspire a movement ; to force stubborn colonialism in creating some form of self identity and independence; for its diverse society..complicated and demanding.. benefited ...thus a bright diamond was formed but with a few visible flaws.....60 years old and counting...
