Fun to hear and see how you visualize the dies to construct the shapes you need for the desired project. On the magnetic sheet the dies don't look anything like the project but, when cut, trimmed, colored and assembled by your skilled hands, you work magic! Thanks for the cute Ballerina! 🩰

Wow, that's great. Thank you for showing how you use the picture and match the dies. That makes it a lot easier to see how to create out of mixed shapes. I'm definitely saving this one for reference ❤. And I'll be giving this a go with odd shapes that I have. I often feel it's a shame to throw out any cut-out bits from background dies so keep them thinking I could use them for something so now I'm going to start sorting them out. ❤ love the ballerina soo cute. Perfect card

I've only recently found out that some people cannot visualise things. My son is like this, but he only told us about a year ago. I felt terrible that I had not realized before, failed again! He, like you has developed coping strategies. Your little ballerina is very sweet and a lot of little ones would love to receive a card like that.
@DJMHallett15 сағат бұрын
Don’t beat yourself up over ‘not realising’ how could you have done. Most of us don’t even know it’s a problem until we find out that some people see actual pictures in their minds eye. Glad you like the card 😊

I had to jump on my computer to tell you I loved watching how you chose your shapes to make this adorable balleria Deb. You make me feel like I could do it....almost. Haha This card is just adorable and your ballerina is every bit as cutier than the one in the picture...probably even cutier! I know people when I see them too, but couldn't describe them to a police sketch artist to draw. Hugs, Brenda

How curious, I only learned last week that both my daughters have the same ‘affliction’ as you. In Dutch it is called afantasie. Never heard of it until last week. On the bright sight: it is often found in people (4% of the popularion) who are above average intelligent 😅 The wiring of your brain makes for some pretty cards 😄
@DJMHallett15 сағат бұрын
Thank you, it’s called aphantasia here, the condition was only named in 2016, my sister and great niece have it too. My niece and brother-in-law see pictures in their heads like a movie 😯😊

It does, it’s hard to imagine someone seeing actual pictures in their head isn’t it. Glad you like her 😊
@Sioban194511 сағат бұрын
Aphantasia it’s called. It’s usual to have it means you are special, my best friend has it. She didn’t realise till we were talking one day that people could see images in their minds. It’s like left handedness it’s a super power, you can concentrate on what matters which is the shapes. Now that’s something that I can’t see. I do when you point it out but not before. I tried it yesterday and I gave up. In the meantime I love your ballerina, 🩰.
@DJMHallett3 сағат бұрын
It is, I only realised a few years ago too, also when talking to someone who can see very vivid images in their mind. I was a bit pissed about it initially 😂 but I’ve not known anything different. It does explain my appalling sense of direction and my lack of childhood memories so that’s something 😂 I guess I find it difficult to understand how anyone cannot see the shapes that I can see in a picture. I often think how cool it would be to see what others see. Glad you like the little ballerina thanks 😊
