So großartig der Sjaella-Gesang, so eigentümlich diese neosymbolistische Inszenierung.

I just heard this group for the first time on Facebook and am in total awe. The voices of anglels. And the poem by Sara Teasdale is one of my all-time favorites. Thank you!

I will be perfectly honest and say that I love male choirs because I'm a Bass myself and I gravitate towards the heavier tones. (At the other end of the range of vocal extravaganza, I find operatic sopranos to be unbearable). Many mixed choirs nowadays in the UK are very female-biased simply because not enough men want to sing - it's a truly sad situation. I have heard some much better mixed choirs in eastern Europe where the tradition is still strong. With all that said, the sound of Sjaella is flawless and among the most beautiful I've ever heard. As for many other people seeing these videos, you bring tears to my eyes. Thank you.🥲💔

"Miscarriages, stillbirths and the death of newborns are insufficiently visible fates, which is why we dedicate our video to this topic." This is a very good dedication. I would add: the children who lost their lives through prenatal killing. Their number is incredibly high, and they deserve our loving memory!
