Creamed beef. Career Air Force dad would make this with oven toast, eggs, breakfast potatoes, Ovalteen, and orange juice. It's made with ground beef, grilled onions, beef bouillon, small amount of flour, milk and simmer on low. Every Saturday morning!

French Toast is an enigma once you get past the fact that it has a soggy texture. I saw that part where you got confused about the bagel. I looked up that first picture of that round breakfast roll, and apparently, that's not a bagel. That's a bialy. It's a traditional bread roll in Polish Ashkenazi Jewish cuisine. That next picture was a bagel. Just trying to clarify.

My favorite fast food breakfast: Steak, Egg and Cheese Bagel (minus the onions) from McDonald's, along with their sausage gravy and biscuits. The biscuits go down first, then the bagel (with ingredients) is used to mop up all that lovely gravy. But if you haven't got the time or the dime...their Sausage Egg McMuffin is a killer meal in a sandwich.
