Matt needs to change because the others in the gang will not put up with this selfish shit and not respecting people especially who are in command roles. It isn't mandem anymore and need to realise that most people in the gang now have come from proper gangs that have had proper structure and leadership. Jon was literally a leader himself ex ballas leader and the ex seaside boys had a Benji leading them. Matt just needs to learn his place in the gang and stop trying to control everything. He will never be a leader or command role the members in the gang will never allow it and he will just always be a gang member and people in the gang like Jon, Dre, Eli, Saint and maybe even Terry will be above him. But unfortunately I do think this is Matteu personal ooc character trait and not an actual in game character trait so I don't think things will change but we can hope.

yh matt need to understand how a gang works. everyone needs to contribute and not worrying about how he's gonna make money for himself. it was kinda fine in 3.0 because Tommy and Patar funded all the gang activites but thats not the case here

STE was wrong for promising the "lead" to Saint for the money washing. But he is right in saying the gang should own all of the equipment, they should own all the weed stuff too, but they just don't have the capital, which they should work too. However, Matt is wrong for being selfish and gate keeping the money washing to himself, just because he can run it himself doesn't mean he should, let Saint etc have some fun with it too and yeah Matt can be the main guy for it, doesn't mean he is in charge with it though. Matt has always had issue with leadership unless its Tommy or SK. He respects the leaders in Hydra so maybe its time for him to try his luck there because I can't see him respecting STE. Which no matter if he was elected or chosen by SK, he should respect SKs decision and show STE respect.

Hopefully Matt ooc takes this as a opportunity to develop Matt as a character to be more for the gang, I could imagine him in a leadership position but not the way he is currently
