Make us drink the little water in it Then she use to break into small chunks Add sugar to milk half litre or one litre Add a lot of chucks of this talgoda and serve it cold If required ice break karke bhi dalti thi woh My mom passed away 15th oct 2023 Today again with your vlog the memories of her making this fruit serving for us just flashed with tears rolling down my eyes It can be eaten plain also

Hi Neelam. Ask Bhaisahab to not drink sugary milkshakes etc. from outside. Since we are around same age, let me suggest to you don’t get into sugar addiction. Body looks for easy work as we all do…so sugar becomes an addiction. Sugar is instant energy for the body. We don’t realise and arteries start getting clogged. I don’t know how to stress on this. These companies put what not sort of flavours just to sell their products. Please be careful.

Fruit is Ice apple and down south it is called Munjullu and very famous and easily available in south during summer. Also they say of we apply that water on face and scrub softly its good for skin in case if there are any pimples. Keeping it aside my all time fav fruit.
