Was one the camera operators on this concert, and have to admit, this is THE BEST concert i have ever been to, Not even Metallica at S&M were this epic. I congratulate them for what they have achieved :D ÁFRAM ÍSLAND!!!!!!!!

Metallica was never great.its just got lucky to be become and famous .Northern Europe has the best metal music.IMO . could have compared with Dimmu Borgir ,in production ,symphonic ones.

ég var á síðustu tónleikunum og hef aldrei upplifað annað eins á neinum tónleiknum, það sem skiptir máli að mínu mati er hve ógeðslega gaman hverjum einum og einasta listamanni þótti uppi á sviði. Svakalega flottir tónleikar en sköpunargleðin hjá þeim öllum lyftu upplifuninni yfir allt annað sem ég hef upplifað. Svo var geggjað að sjá settlegar frúr og síðhærða sveitta metal lúða dilla sér hlið við hlið.

​@@worstformm Metallica is pretty awesome. Millions of people would agree with me, although I personally prefer the older stuff. As a true metalhead I will always respect them for their immense contribution to the genre. That being said I went to a Dimmu Borgir concert in 2019 and I was completely flabbergasted. Would love to hear them with an orchestra one day, like Northern Lights. This is amazing as well, and I am quite happy that an Icelandic colleague introduced me to Skálmöld. Northern Europe and especially the Nordic countries have the best everything! :D

This will forever be cemented in me as the pinnacle of metal, both in terms of just being a great song and the absolutely ridiculous over-the-top-ness of not only having a symphonic orchestra, but also having a three-part harmony of metal screams. It's WILD!

I wish I could have started off with this music. Grow up being told that better skill is what makes the better artist, that this was socially accepted as the popular, and not stupidly ignored. Realizing the time and effort for this song I can do nothing, but appreciate such a great band. Rock on Skalmold, you're kings of folk metal.
