Awe tellingham. Talking county. The 3 snitch 0. I'm from there. Beautiful place in spring and summer. A college town and a place for those to retire. That's not to saying there isn't some nice places but it's almost impossible to not be affected by the tweekers and junkies. I still read the bellingham herald almost daily.
