Skam France Season 5, Episode 8-Arthur Reaction

Episode summary: Eliott's unofficial pet bunny is served for dinner and Arthur is hit by a car. Not gonna lie, I laughed out loud at that ending LMAO. I'm sorry but at this point I don't think he can end up with either of them, this got so messy. About the Season 6 main/lead (warning just to be safe: this doesn't contain who the main/lead is because that's not been announced, it's just some info from the cast and crew, but stop reading here if don't want any information regarding the choice of main/lead for S6). Robin Migné who plays Arthur actually confirmed that they originally wanted to make Season 5 about Daphne and Alexia, but that they weren't allowed to by NRK (the Norwegian network). Basically characters that are based on characters from the original SKAM, like Daphne and Alexia, are off the table as a mains in original remake-seasons. Arthur was the only one out of the boy- and girl-squad who passed as an original character which is a big part of why he was chosen as the S5 main. So while it's safe to say that Daphne will be one of the characters who play a big role in S6 and that they will explore her character, S6 won't be a full on Daphne-season.

I screamed at my phone when I saw the ending! We’re on the last episode and tbh I have no idea how they’re going to finish it, I’m kind of looking forward to how they wrap it up. I’m just going from rumours that I have heard, but people think that season 6 might be about Elliot and Daphne as a shared season. They’re not allowed to do a full season on both of these characters but people are thinking that it could be a bit like Skam Espania where they showed Viris pov aswell. In my opinion they should do a Baz season because I would love that and they could still explore the Daphne storyline within that. Can’t wait to see last episodes reaction because I cried so much!! 💕

The ending of this episode was probably the most intense Skam moment I've ever experienced live lol. And I really do hope Daphne gets to be a main in some capacity because I've loved seeing her development over the seasons and I think there's still so much more to explore.
