Once upon a time...There were three little engines who lived in their own little shed on their own little railway. Their names were Duke, Stuart and Falcon. Duke was the oldest and was named after his grace, the Duke of Sodor. He was proud of this and love to keep the little ones in order.

This sounds just perfect! All of the accents sound quite spot on. Very nice! A memorable choice of the classic themes from this season. It would be great to hear the variations Mike O'Donnell & Junior Campbell made of this theme for other episodes, like the two variations of "Skarloey's Ambient Theme" you created earlier this year, the one from Seasons 4-6, and the variation for "Sir Topham Hatt's Holiday." A wonderful composition.

In later episodes, there is not a single mention about Duke. Even the Blue Bell engines don't talk about Duke, hence Duke is no more

Skarloey Railway Song: There's a little railway in the mountains. Where the little engines pull their trains. Skarloey and Rheneas, Sir Handel and Peter Sam, Rusty, Duncan and Duke named after Duke of Sodor. They all work on the Skarlory railway. They may be small but they are strong and so we say, we're proud of them

Rusty is a little Diesel engine who works at the quarry on the island of Sodor. Rusty’s best friends are Rheneas and Skarloey. Rusty helps keep their line clear. Sometimes Rusty works so hard clearing their line, that the little diesel forgets there’s also work to be done at the quarry. One day, Rusty returned late to the quarry. Sir Topham Hatt was cross.

Rusty, Rheneas, Skarloey chugged cheerfully through the Sodor countryside. The engines were going to help Duncan with an important job at the incline railway. The engines enjoy working at the incline railway. They like the clever way the loaded slate cars roll down the incline pulling the empty ones up. But they are always careful.
