Oh boy, what a video. Just like you, I have low spice tolerance. Sadly, I’m not big on the taste of peppers. Also, I’m new to the Skate series, so I’d likely bail a lot more than you. Props to you for being able to push through it, but there’s no way I could do the same. Also, just a tip for the future in case you’re still reading comments here: water doesn’t really help against pepper spice; what you need is milk. Peppers are spicy because of a chemical called capsaicin. Water just slides off the capsaicin, but milk contains casein, which can actually pick up the capsaicin and remove it from your mouth. This is a lot like how soap removes oil and fat that plain water can’t. Definitely keep that in mind in case you try this again!

Aye, as someone who eats spicy foods for personal competition, and the fact that I like them. Jalapeños can reeeeeally catch you off guard. If you bite into even one bad seed and the side of your tongue is on fire for a solid 5 minutes.
