I had that deck as well. Santa Cruz, right? Sorry my memory is fading and Hosoi moved around a lot. My first hammerhead was made by Skull Skates. Huge board with very little concave.

Is it common or normal for decks this size and shape to see a little big of the wheels sticking out when you ride it? I've got an Vison deck, and my 60mm Slimballs are visible when you ride it.

yes... they'll stick out a little - some like to see their wheels, others like 'em tucked in - I don't mind them being visible, as long as it's not more than half way
