Now im almost positive that the company matt was on before he was picked up by powell he was pro but was a new pro & not well known so powell surpassed him as flow an took him on as an AM an i believe that tha idea is for him ta get a bit more experience as well as exposure im thinking give it like 3-5 years and then weĺl see him turn pro....

Watching Matt skate has litteraly changed my perspective on how to ride a skateboard after 26 years of experience riding on a board with wheels, and has grown my confidence significantly. I agree, he is qualified as pro in my book, as well as Nigel Jones, and many other hyper influential to me people. but hey thats my bias.

It's so good Powell is still going strong I skated in the 80's. I didn't ride Powell decks I didn't like the boneite in the I rode SMA Natas decks and Alva Fred Smith 3 loud one. But still loved Powell. Animal chin movie changed my life.

I had a very bad dislocated shoulder 2 months ago.ive gotten back in skating but I've been nervous to skate around people and scared to dislocate my shoulder again. any tips on this fear LOL. objectivley speaking, zach shoulda been pro along time ago as he has the mature tricks with the mature style ok with mathew and I will proablly catch heat for saying this, but OBJECTIVLY speaking and growing up with skaters like colin mckay , his brother, sluggo and many other pro's I think mathew has the big airs, big tricks, mature tricks he needs to go pro but needs to develope a mature clean style , he flails a lot, he needs a solid land and not bambi leg, dont get me wrong he is sick to watch, but needs to develope his style a lot more, for example colin mckays brother kasey was pro before colin for powell and had in insane vert tricks, I watched him get injured, not skate for 6 months and we went to a famous half pipe in vancouver called the clubhouse (its in sh*t tons of RDS and Plan B videos) he busted multpile 540's in a line 1st try and right away BUT he wanted to skate street like his brother so we started to skate street together so he could learn from me as colin was in california a lot (waaaay before I became disabled like 1995) but his street style took forever has he alsohad bambi legs, I remeber watching him try just a pop shove and he coudnt for the longest time , he could huck a 720 mctwist no prob, but not a street pop shove . So I believe mathew has pro status in him but needs a cleaner mature style I SAY THIS ALL WITH MAD LOVE & DUE RESPECT so dont get it twisted filming supercars is just what I do now that my disabilty claimed my ability to walk and skate I DO HAVE THE SKATE BACKGROUND to back my words

where does dan get a thousand dollars from? thats a ridiculously large amount of money. he promotes no sponsors etc on his channel, youtube presumably only pays like a dollar per thousand views for a skateboarding channel. this is dans only job, he doesnt earn money elsewhere (unless powel peralta pays him something). makes no sense to me. i mean, its aswesome that he has that much disposable income, he deserves it. i just dont understand how. i think its a bit silly to offer that much money also, albeit a generous gesture. but $1-200 is also a nice gesture and plenty of money.
