Whew!! No one backwards/ballroom skate like The Lou!! My first encounter with STL skaters was at The Rink/Chicago over 15 years ago!! They are still the smoothest to watch as they sync their moves. I am SO glad the under 30 crowd are catching on to this type of exercise. Usher has done us proud at NYC's Rockefeller Center & Atlanta's Sparkles/Cascade Rinks!! Keep spreading the word & practicing for London England now has Flippers; Las Vegas has a rink by Floyd Mayweather and even Nairobi Kenya opened Sk8 City all day skating as Africans learn to skate. Watch out!! Asia is next: who's ready to skate in Japan, Korea, China & the Philippines?? One Love of Music & all can practice a little rhythm!! Skaters Unite!!

This should have come with an ankle warning 😅 My ankles were seriously tingling just watching that guy 01:04 So much respect to him, the strength, control, skill to be able to skate like that 😍 Loved the vibes at this rink! Enjoyed all the couples, and some of the synchronisation was so synchronised! I would love to visit the US just to go on a tour of the roller rinks.
