I really wish this game had more content. If you dont have a computer and the ability to run mods this game gets so boring so fast to me. Hoping new maps will bring me back but they need way more character customization. I love the controls, but just feel like the game has no substance to keep me hooked! Always good to watch you kill it though 👌

How do you use the mods once you’ve downloaded some

For gear.. after you download them they should show up in your character customization menu under a different type of menu. Go to your customization and press RB/RT until you reach the last categories. For maps, they should show up under the map selection under the community maps tab

How do you do switch from bluntslide to noseslide on a single rail? I always want to do that but the character always go out of the rail :( is it a mod? If it is, what is the mod called?

I think I showed the way I do my noseslide to blunt with the controller last time I did it. For blunt to noseslide might be the same way. Try clicking the right or left stick and then hold up on the joysticks.

It depends on if you enjoy the game or not. PC version is better, but Xbox One is good too

@@ToastyGhost I haven't tried it but I like skate series and THPS and the old thrasher game on ps2 so I'll probably pick it up. I hadn't looked into it really until I saw you post this, thanks.

@@fattdamon1980 I heard a lot of people saying that for the current price point and the features on console, it's not worth it. For a lot of people the modding update on xbox/ps4 also does not seem to work properly yet. In terms of content and customization, you would surely get the best experience on PC, since there are so much more mods that you can use to customize/improve your experience (like the stats mod that lets you play with gravity, jump height, flip speed etc.) For the core gameplay itself, it is a bit difficult to get used to the controls, but that challenge is also part of the fun you have when you finally land a trick you want. There are a lot of possibilities and I think it's the best skateboarding simulator so far

“Cool that consoles have access to mods” meanwhile my PS4 crashes continuously and I can’t even download the maps. Disappointing that these developers, not just skaterXl, have so much time to work on games. Delay after delay before finally releasing them and they’re never a finished product. Always filled with bugs/glitches.
