It amazes me how each time I play this game i improve. It’s like my brain wires the skill and memory as I’m sleeping then the next day I’m way better. Today I was doing some tech ass tricks!! Big spin back tail kickflip fakie, kickflip back tail kickflip out, hardflip back nosegrind bs 180 out in lines, bs 180 fakie manny half cab flip out and fakie tre out....literally 3 days ago I could barely ride around! Also yesterday I was tre flip nosesliding and hardflip back tailing this 11 stair rail at easy day school and it felt so damn good!! :D

Tip for your slides/grinds Complete powerslide challenges first to understand how to move your board in air and then use to to land into grinds/slides. Much better. And you can do more tricks

Try playing with mods and you can do verticals shuvits making it look kinda like impossible. Also hippy flips, pressure flips, one foot grinds.

People don't really the spot in parts anymore because it is a skatepark now. They redid that ledges with metal and you are allowed to skate there now. The "street feeling" is gone from the spot

I was so hyped for this ‘game’, but I really don’t like it. The environments are small and feel devoid of life. The graphics are lack lustre. The controls are so hit and miss. And the amount of bugs/clipping through scenery/hitting invisible objects/etc. Even the sound track - great songs, but not enough of them - found myself getting fed up with hearing the same stuff on loop. Add to that that the version on disc before the update is a buggy beta version - seriously such a wasted opportunity for a great game we’ve been waiting years for. (Playing on ps4, so maybe other versions are better)

I’m 47 now, so you’re right, I don’t skate any more (ankle injury). that doesn’t excuse the buggy mess that was released here. I would rather have waited another 6 months for a finished product. Granted the day 1 patch improves massively over what came on the disc, but my frustrations with it still stand. Promised so much, delivered so little.

@@sheep20011 I also can't skate anymore due to an ankle injury. Or 12 ankle injuries that added up lol. I'm enjoying the game though. And as odd as this sounds, I kinda like the little bugs. It adds to the process. Nothing is more realistic to skating than copious amounts of frustration lol
