THANK YOUUU, I'M GLAD YOU LIKE IT😭❤❤ So idk if this helps cause i might not have time to do a tutorial but um I looked for a background i needed for the scene and went to the app "ibis paint" and imported in image. I clicked on the brush tool below and pick the option "filter". It'll take you to variety of sections but click on the "blur" section and pick "Moving blur" and adjust the blir filter for the image to your liking, depending on swiftness of the image of you want to create.
