Such a marvelous performance from Jia Shin but her PCS should have been a lot higher. Jia had such lovely artistry, musical expression and extension through every movement with buttery smooth edges and quick fluid change of direction turns deep into the corners displaying huge rink coverage with intricate transitions and fine height on her beautiful triple lutz / triple toe. Her picturesque Ina Bauer transitioning into the double axel was really picturesque as were the multi-turns into the triple flip with more intricate transitions and turns on exit. Her flexible spins were beautiful too especially her camel transitioning into a sit and I spin and Biellmann.

The choreography and her execution of it is insanely good. The tension and her extensions were Wow!

Judges here in this grand prix are crazy. So unfairly and poorly judged. She deserves better.

What a good rebound skate from Jia! Curious though why her team are having her jump the combo not in the corner anymore. It feels less stable and her lutz edge was improving last season and now it's getting flat again. Probably a result of them switching up the lutz entry and don't really understand why bcs it was working well before, but they are the experts. I think they could've gone with her more on the PCS. That was beautifully skated.

Ikr... She moved her team to cricket and Orser this year, and I think they kinda forced her to change the style because a lot of skaters have changed their lutz stlye to this after training in cricket too. Idk why though,, just hoping Jia is comfortable with the new stlye🍀

good skate for jia! so glad she was able to bounce back. personally i think this program is a little dull…… idk if she’s connecting with it as well as she connected with her program last season. still, i wish the best for jia in her last junior season

Definitely should have scored over 70 points with this performance, especially seeing as how Mao Shimada scored 73 last week (should have been closer to that). 29 for PCS is an absolute JOKE. I feel the judges were being hard on her and Rena because of their previous placements. Anyways, I'm happy to see Jia deliver a beautiful, clean short program ❤

Three of the four girls that were ahead of Jia this season's JGP couldn't make it to the JGPF... Jia is the first alternate for JGPF... The judges were so harsh in Ljubljana. +2/3 points in SP, +2/3 points in FS (as she just stepped out couple of times, had no fall) and she could make it to Grenoble... 😔 I love Jia's skating the most! Fighting!

She is not skating to "Yuna's program". She just skates to music that Yuna skated too. And to say "stop making", it's the first time Jia skating to the music of one of the Yuna's programs. You're talking like Jia always uses Yuna's programs music:( Did Yuna ever skate to "La boheme", "Love me if you dare", "The giving", "The tree of life", "Fascination", "Not about angels" and to Jia's this season FS music? You can see it's all different music!
