I know I'm being that guy but I think it's relevant that clan pestilens doesn't worship nurgle, they worship a specific aspect of the great horned rat that relates to disease and decay. The difference is that nurgle views his diseases as gifts, and a different form of life, while the rat views them as a way to simply bring, death, decay, and destruction. I thought the great horned rat was nurgle until like 2 weeks ago when I Googled it lol
