Depending on the rotation of the farm, the gantrys spin opposite ways, easy fix for this is to just switch the outermost gearbox on either side at the back of the build to a shaft and it ahould fix this issue

A possible cheaper option for the cobblestone generator could be the minecart type. where it uses sails or trapdoors to instantly break the stone. it wouldn't pop into a chest and you'd need to use hoppers or such. but its cheaper when doing a large area than yours might be.

could you please give clearer instructions? I'm not sure what you mean by "switch the gearbox". Which one(s) and what does "switching" mean in that context? and what "the rotation of the farm" means??? Like if you're farm is facing north? which face??

It appears that you forgot to place the redstone links in the tutorial... for anyone wondering and that didn't downloaded the Schematic directly, you just place one redstone link on the Threshold Switch checking the inside of the iron barrel that will send the signal, and the second redstone link on the clutch where you connect the contraption to rotational force that will receives the signal.

@@devenhumiston7732 the redstone link on the clutch have to be in receiving mode (signal dish on the antenna), and the frenquencies on both redstone links (the slots for them) must be the same (you can technically have no items in both slots and it will work, but then if they are other redstone links around with no items, it could stop the machine from working)

I think you made a little mistake, in the back line for the cobble stone there shouldn’t be two gearboxes but instead a gearbox and then a shaft. Otherwise the contraption is I the wrong direction, but maybe I’m wrong, but that’s what helped me to run this great design. Love your video

Just used this, pretty good! Only issue is for some reason the conveyor belt on one of the lines was going to wrong direction, but changing the gearbox on the chain drive to a shaft fixes it.

WARNING FOR PLAYERS WITH SPELUNKERY!!! The design does not work because it produces raw iron ingots, just change the filter from iron nuggets to raw iron nuggets and then youll get raw iron, if you want you can add a smelter at the end

one thing that you would need to do if you use this iron generator(which is great btw) is to remove one of the gearboxes next to the crushing wheels, depending on the rotational direction of the belts other than that, this is an amazing and super compact generator and I am 100% using this for my survival world : )

Hey, I used the schematic to build the farm and half on it is working. one side of the drills arent working. I tried replacing the gearbox next to the gearshift with a shaft to see if it was going the wrong direction, but that didn't work. Its turning in the same direction as the other gantry (turning towards the drills). hope you can help, Thanks

if your drills aren't drilling, try replacing one of the back gear boxes connecting to the gear shift with a shaft, because the rotation might be going the wrong way.

for some reason the mechanical presses wouldnt press the nuggets into an ingot so i had to put an auto crafter in its place, otherwise works great

I figured out the issue. The rotation speed controller at the start that's connected to the rest of the machine goes the same way no matter what so you have to reverse its direction with gears and it should work from there. Also if only one of the crushers are active then that just means that there isn't enough iron being produced to fill both which is normal.

Try setting the outside brass funnels on the item vault to 3 nuggets at a time. That solved this issue for me :)

The belt leading into the crushers isnt spinnning into the crushers. It is spinning into the brass funnel where the cobble is meant to come out of. What do i do?

Everything works great but I've noticed that only one side of the system that turns the iron nuggets into ingots is working. I don't see nuggets travelling along the drain and the mechanical press never activates have I done something wrong?

Try setting the nugget funnels to 3 nuggets at a time. That seems to solve the problem

@@yddash114 set the funnels on both sides of the flint funnel to 3 iron nuggets. This should make the nuggets alternate between each mechanical press, 3 at a time. Hope this helps

I feel like the farm can be improved on a little further? Make the cobble generator 1 block longer, and change the Cobble funnel an =16 instead of the =14? The farm is really cool. I’m just wondering how much further it can be improved upon.

the conveyor that leads the barrel into the crushers is moving backwards. so is one of the conveyors that leads into the barrel but i was able to fix that with a swapped out shaft. I can't think of an easy solution to the conveyor problem (switching out the gearbox) since the crushers need to be powered too. can anyone help me, did i do something wrong or how can i jury rig it to work? thanks, lol. awesome tutorial btw.

Not sure what I’m doing wrong but my gantry drills don’t seem to spin, I used a schematic canon and added the lava and water where it needs to be buy the drills won’t spin for some reason??
