I think Skeem maybe grew up hearing alot about Braa Mavesta and maybe at the time Mavesta was a household Name or inspirational figure in the circles of crime so maybe he's always more excited to hear information that includes Braa Mavesta because that maybe validates what he used to hear which in many ways actually gives Skeem a high or a fix because Skeem always seems high when Mavesta starts Communicating, he even praised him of how well he(Mavesta) articulates🤔 which says he(Skeem) is always Fascinated with Braa Mavestas' stories and also fascinated by how he(Braa Mavesta) relates, articulates and unveils the stories which are Stories that are really Echoes of the past that Skeem is all Familiar with🤔
