Woah. This is genuinely so good Vira, the art, the pacing, everything really. Tom and Tords dynamic here is great too. (Excuse my long rant/theory stuff, just know I really enjoy your Au) These two have known each other since they were young it seems, best of buds. If I remember correctly though, Tord works for an organization that hunts monsters and so does Tom, but the thing is- Tom is a monster too. Tord pushed Tom in that one scene, probably out of fear, not of Tom but of the memories of what monsters had done in the past to people (and probably to those close to him too). Tom gets hurt by this, which is understandable, they are friends after all, and he thinks Tord would know he wouldn't hurt him by know... probably (friendly rivalry is what makes a good friendship after all haha) In that dream sequence, Tord protects his younger self from a monster( who is imagined to be Tom), as deep inside, he is still afraid of the monsters who hunt human kind. But Tom is there to reassure that, "Hey man, Im still here. We are friends, we'll stick though stuff together no matter what." That kind of thing, which is pretty sweet. They'll go on all the adventures they want, causing chaos together along the way. Epic.
