I love the "om" sound on the mic and th way it kind of goes in and out very smoothly. It works very well with tingles!! Hope you are doing well :) I recently discovered that one of my fav asmr triggers is trigger words like "just a little bit" or "pluck" if you're ever interested in doing a word based video. I really like your content overall though and always watch when new videos come out when I'm heading to bed 😴 your backgrounds and makeup + nails combos are always beautiful.

This one around 4:15 was very quick to relax me! I noticed my vision cleared and my skin felt a lot cooler (I overheat and get slight tunnel vision when stressed or anxious). I appreciate this video tremendously! It helped me to calm my brain down, and sometimes that can be hard I like to put videos like this one on when I'm overwhelmed (or my mind is all over) and just sit on my yoga matt in my room on the floor. :)) Very grounding stuff for sure!
