Dubrovnik is something else. The small old town is breathtaking, but even outside of it everything is gorgeous and well-kept.

I was born in Split but came to the US at age 2 with my parents. I love this city so much! There is nothing quite like it. Croatia is an absolutely beautiful country and Split, Dubrovnik and Zadar are great choices, but I’m surprised there were no islands mentioned. The island are where you’ll find the smallest, closest communities. Beautiful little seaside villages, a very slow paced life, very little traffic, and extremely safe living. Brać, Hvar and Vis are absolute heaven. 🇭🇷❤

I can not put into words how much I appreciate this video. First the locations are so beautiful and affordable which is so helpful. I am a Healthcare Recruiter looking to find a location to make my home with my wife. I can't wait for this to become our reality thanks so much for showing us places we didnt know about. I appreciate your channel

These are some good recommendations. We are searching for a retirement place and Europe sounds amazing. Really hope to get there and explore more next year. Greetings from Canada!

I’m thinking, Split or Dubrovnik. Or somewhere in coastal Albania. Staying for several weeks at a time in each city, by myself. Can’t wait to travel over there and see these sights with my own eyes, in #2023. Should be incredible.

Great video. Montenegro makes sense to buy a place right now. They’ll likely join the EU in 2025. You’d be automatically have permanent residence in the EU if that happens

Croatia is already in the EU. Adopting the Euro as of January 1, 2023.

@@merililoucks3168 yeah. But Montenegro gives you permanent residence of you buy a property there. No matter the price. Guess I should’ve mentioned that lol
