I've got a couple of Lamy pens, for writing, but I wondered if you didn't find that the waterproof ink clogged the nib? I love this. Your explanations are so helpful. I'm just starting, taking a sketchbook etc to Italy for the first time. Thanks for sharing your work. Mx

I would also like to see a video regarding texture techniques - my texturing is actually quite good in general but it's more by luck than judgement and seems to involve a lot of 'faff'. I'm usually quite shocked when I get a good result and, obviously, convince myself that I knew what I was doing all along!

omg this is amazing! When I saw the thumbnail it became very familiar to me because that type of facade can be found in my city and suddenly you mentioned that it is in San Miguel de Allende and I got very excited because I live in San Miguel de Allende 😁 I wanted to try doing urban sketching for a while but I confess that I'm a little embarrassed to go out and be seen painting, I know there are a lot of places to get inspired here, I hope to do it one day I just need to practice a little more 😅 and I loved both versions 😊
