Amazing how he captures so much detail but does it in a simplified way.

I know right? What I was marveling at was his pen techniques and how he created line weights with those flick strokes. Was also taking notes on where he left gaps in the lines... I think one of the hurdles which I will need to overcome at some point is knowing when not to use a solid line, but to break it up and vary the light weight/value more and hopefully in a good way. Such confidence, and all that over a rough structure sketch. #todayilearned

It's like unintentional ASMR. It puts me to sleep and i wake up randomly and see the piece get more complete and it's such a nice feeling.
