Ik this is old and you’ve probably improved but for anyone with the same problem, start with hair then poses then do both designs and backround at once. Use watercolour while you’re doing them all and try to find techniques.

Kina Axian Well everyone has to start somewhere, I’m not sure which artist it was that started at his mid age and he had ZERO experience with painting and yet, he created 100+ paintings and became a known artist around the globe. It takes time, but have a goal to reach than one that stares at other artists work. extremely gay gal I have the exact sketchbook, but the hardcover non- wire bound (like hers) does only except dry media. It also says in the description that it is great for all dry media’s. So far I haven’t had too many problems with using watercolor on it except it bleeding through. Besides that it doesn’t clump up or become extremely wrinkled so if you’re willing to just put a piece of paper under your sheet every time you use watercolor then just sketch on the side that bled through then you’ve got yourself a good sketchbook.
