When I went away to university I stopped drawing and painting, I "didn't have the time" for it as I usually would, but seeing your sketchbooks has helped me remember how therapeutic and uplifting it feels to pour yourself out onto a page. Thank you! I'm heading to the closest art supply shop tomorrow

DUDE. This is legit my fav sketchbook tour on KZbin. I swear there’s nothing like the mind of a creative teenager. Sometimes I go back to stuff I made as a teen & I’m like “How the heck did I even think of that??” This really brought me back to that feeling 😍

Although not an artist or art student, I've been dumbfounded and inspired deeply by this. Witnessing the sheer passion and raw emotion that emanated from each artwork was immensely gratifying and made me almost envious wishing I had a passion similar to this to devote myself to. Watching this inspired me to search out my passion, find that something to devote myself wholly to and fill the void that has been empty for too long. Thank you so much for sparking this within me.

You're pretty open to drawing anything! There's a ton of poses, styles, and you don't just stick to drawing one certain thing such as a person but draw many animals, buildings, and other objects. I looked down in the comments and you started watercolour about a year ago? Amazing progress but I guess that's expected since it seems you draw often.

Hello. I'm here to say thank you because after watching this video, it motivates me to improve my drawing and not just give up just because my drawing isn't good enough than before. It's not great anymore because I don't practice and try to improve my drawing because I became lazy. But after watching this, it inspires me--no, you inspires me to draw more and be more creative. Thank you.

thank youuu! this is an actual sketchbook ! every other one i've see has each page perfectly finished and framed.. like that is by definition not a sketch..a sketch is work in progress, play, drafting ideas, doodling things, not mindfully contrsucting something you will once present to the entire world... a sketchbook is vulnerable, it is you exploring your inner world through a certain medium. my sketch book resembles yours the most and i love it !

These are absolutely gorgeous and elegant. I'm 15 almost 16 at the moment and I love to go back and look at my old art...:D I have drawings all the way back from when I was like 5 or 6 years old. When I was around that age I would always draw horses around that age. When I was about 7 or 8 I started landscapes... Then I moved on to drawing people somewhere around 10 or 11 years old... But I have recently started watercolor and this video alone makes me want to keep on experimenting and painting with it. I love your artwork so much! :D

I am wishing to learn watercolor painting and came across this. Hayao Miyazaki is among the top of my favorite artists of all time, and I see reminders of his work reflecting in your style. I just wanted to say thank you for granting me the privilege to peak into your world. I couldn't help but notice quite a difference in technique from age 16 to age 17. I actually think that I enjoyed most of your sketches at starting with the images around 6:00. I was almost brought to tears 6:35, 6:55, and my very favorite at 7:10.
