Nice video buddy! Where you from? Have you never heard of intercoat clear? You can use it to seal a color down, then do your decals ( I use oracal 631 which is a medium tack not a high tack so it has just the right amount of stickiness ), or intercoat then your taping and next color or airbrushing and so on. That's what I do, fuck clearing a bunch of times lol. I run a small custom paint business myself. I do a lot of Harleys...….whole lotta Harleys. I only clear in the end. 2 coats.
@Throttleoutcustoms2 жыл бұрын
Building up layers of clear even if using intercoat is a good practice, you should be sanding layers and edges from the kandy intercoat after clearing them so it is a smooth finish at the end, also it give you a safety layer if you mess up. You can just sand the kandy and intercoat off back down to the roevious layer of clear

This ultrawide 21:9 format is balls. Cant' stand the loss of being up close and seeing what is going on. Consider the more common and standard 16:9 format in the future. Just a thought.........
@ronnieblack24823 жыл бұрын
Why all the layers of clear just to sand it off? or were you just knocking it down some to a dull finish so you could layer more colors? I've never see this technique and its very interesting.Would this routine work with any acrylic and urethane paint? I paint as a hobby more than business and I don't paint full scale cars and bikes. Mostly models diecast and stuff people display and I am always wanting to learn new stuff.I've been using Custom Canz, House of Kolors mostly

I know the sun doesn't always provide enough daylight for you guys up North eh? But if you want to demonstrate how certain procedures are executed, you need to bring a few more lights into your studio and workshop so we can see better that which you are creating, eh? Little "accent lights" in the corners and a lot of indirect lighting just don't cut it, eh?

I was going to sub until I read through the comments and have seen more people ask the creator a question pertaining to the video and the creator only " like" the comment and doesn't respond... if you don't want people asking questions then don't say in the video for people to ask about the procedure in the comment section it's just out right disrespectful to A. Lead people on by telling them to ask in the comment section and don't respond and B. Like their comment and still don't respond you might as well say " comment but I'm an asshole and I'll only like what you say instead of responding to it" I mean at the very least don't even like the comment cause then we don't know if you read the comments in the first place but since we know you take the time to read and like them but aren't able to reply is a real asshole thing to do lol I'm sure your subs would go way up if you just fixed that issue everything else is legit but I can't support someone who can't take the time to respond to me after telling me to ask them in the comments but can take the time to like what I asked lol
