This is probably one of the worst elevators in the city. This is one of the parking garage elevators in the former Macy's building in downtown Cincinnati.

It's the top level of the parking garage. The garage is underneath the old Macy's headquarters building in Cincinnati, which they are converting into apartments. They have construction equipment staged up there.
