Glad to see you back doing parkour mate. You were my first parkour inspiration! What shoes do you tend to train in? Just curious because biomechanically, barefoot style shoes feel so much better, especially when doing rail pres because you've got better proprioception, but I just can't take those bigger (ego) jumps unless I'm in my Reebok classics 😂
