I get constant monitoring and there are a lot of good face options on the veryfit app. The problem is veryfit doesn't easily sync to samsung or Google fit.

According to Amazon, this watch will monitor your heart rate 24/7. I'm guessing maybe it's a setting you have to enable, and you didn't have it enabled.
