much agreed! but i believe there was a picture of the podium on the thumbnail. i think i saw Petra was in it, and NOT in the center, was all i knew of that thumbnail, but still - total spoiler for anyone who didn't know not to look closely at it if they want to watch it truly. (this is a message for whoever picks the thumbnail, really)

It's called water injection. The men have been using it for a long time, for the women it's been more hit-or-miss from venue to venue. If you've never skied on an injected race hill it has to be experienced to be believed. It really levels the playing field, especially for the 30 racers in the 2nd run. Courses don't break down the way they used to. Without injection that fallaway right-foot turn below the first roll would have formed a massive hole, here it was in pretty decent condition right up to the last racer.
