It could have worked if he leaned backwards more, I've skied over patches of grass when there wasn't a lot of snow and I was bored. It works fine, as long as you're prepared for rapid deceleration so that you don't fall forward like this guy.

I actually did somthing ridiculously similar. Maybe from the height of the base of the jump. I was on a snow board and thought i was going to break my legs. I also was a beginner and hardly had a fucking clue how to jump. Long story short i some how landed and my shoulders smashed my knees and my head luckily went strait down the center. I had ridiculous whip lash and couldn't hardly walk the next day and a bit of knee pain but needless to say I was ok. It was so fucked though. Like if my head of center I'd have been K.O and probably getting airlifted to a hospital with a broken cheek bone, jaw, eye socket, nose...broken face basically. LOOK BEFORE YOU LEAP!!!! This guy is just a dumb ass.

1:20: I can see both sides of the story here. Don't push the kid because that can cause injury and can get you banned. Bad move by the experienced skier. Even though the right of way rule doesn't apply in parks, the guy should've talked to the kid instead of doing what he did. That being said, the kid should not have cut sideways in front of the ramp especially without looking uphill first to make sure someone doesn't come bombing down the line to hit the jump. That can also cause major injuries that could easily be avoided with one single glance upward. If you're not experienced enough for the jumps, don't take them and don't come to the park, simple as that!
