The commander storyline is from the special episode 4. It gives you all the context you need, but the wraith titan only really appears in a deleted scene in their shorts, that they forgot to add back. Cpen took control of one of the countertitan bodies, but in the process the counter spider that used to be in control was ejected and now it wants to get revenge on the aliens that betrayed it. It essentially infected the wraith titan and replaced its head with the classic counter titan head and it can do that because its whole gimmick is regeneration. Also more clarification I feel adding coz people everywhere keep mistaking it. LARGE CLOCKMAN CANNOT REWIND TIME. It is exclusive to clockwoman, titan clockman, and clockmen in the future clockmen society (ethan, future large clockman, aiza, mr. clock)

You see in episode 39 part 2, Counter wanted to destroy the clock titan but master forbid him to do that. So counter ignored him and master punished him by removing the spider (Wraith) and replacing it with C-pen. 31:00 C-pen is inside Mecha G-man waiting for commander to arrive.

22:31 this was part of a Deleted Scene that was released as a short, you probably never got around to checking it out or you barely remember it but this was a cut scene from a previous episode that DOM released as a short and here we are seeing the continuation of that scene.. 23:45 that is definitely a Ben 10 reference.. even their weaknesses are similar and your voice acting was a W btw.. 24:17 Suzie's abilities are pretty interesting here, so she can create 4th walls which is cool.. 27:16 the previous Counter Titan body was controlled by C-Pen but that body got cooked and the Counter Parasite got kicked out of his own body so that C-Pen could control it, this is why he is mad.. So when he saw the Wraith Titan here, he possessed him and inhabited his body, therefore becoming the Counter Titan, just with a new body now, however the head represents the Counter Titan because that is the Parasite that is piloting the Titan body now and now he wants revenge because of how he was treated by his Master.. Like a toy.. and now the Counter Titan got tired if being treated like a puppet and he cut his strings.. But yeah, from episode 45 here.. That episode was great, we only have the Speaker and TV Bases left now. The Pencil Base is gone and is no more, however it seems like everyone made it out but they still lost the base.. It seems like Scientist Kleiner is piloting a Titan Mech that the Titans will have to fight, now it didn't show his death, so I assume that he will aid G-Man in the fight against Titan Cameraman and Titan TV Man, or he is fighting Titan Pencil Woman offscreen but it seems like the Commander can't make contact with him so he may be cooked.. It's a bummer that Titan Speakerman lost his guitar, that was definitely planned by G-Man in order to make it easier to defeat Titan Speakerman and their fight was amazing.. G-Man's use of speakers and protection was very cool and I like how he was like a tank but he was still very agile.. It seems like Titan Speakerman only managed to break some of his defenses and stab his eye out like he did in episode 73, meanwhile G-Man gave him the same treatment that he did in episode 73 but worse, since he literally broke his leg off, and also stabbed him and chopped an arm off.. Also, even if Titan Clockman had shown up, G-Man would still lose, which is why Titan Clockman is written out of this arc here at the moment.. Titan Drillman absolutely messed him up, he basically cooked his face and took off most of his protections and speakers. However, the Titan Drillman body did end up getting cooked but at least Steve survived. Let's see how well G-Man will do against Titan Cameraman and Titan TV Man? However the Commander has to show up in time to stop their fight before any of them die if they want a good shot at defeating the Master and his alien race.. Also, at the end, C-Pen showed up a the place that G-Man was.. He's probably going to rebuild Titan Drillman and use that body as a new Titan Vessel to fight the other Titans outside. However, I hope the Counter Titan can show up to finish him off, if there's anyone that deserves revenge against C-Pen at the moment, it's the Counter Titan.. this guy literally got disrespected because of C-Pen.. It's good that the Number Squad showed up to help the Commander or else he would've gotten cooked, it was even trouble for 01 and 02, who made it hard for Titan Drillman and Titan Speakerman in the past, but over here, they were in their shoes.. and if Male_09 wasn't there, they wouldn't have the info they need to defeat those guys.. It's also thanks to the Counter Titan that everyone is still alive. He stopped the sphere from summoning more aliens.. and yeah, William needs to stay on board, but Billy is a W. Also, why do I get the feeling that the Commander will die? Hopefully not, Bethany has already lost her mother and the Photo Cameraman who was like a guardian to her. She can't lose her father now.. But yeah, if the Aliens have Clock technology then the Alliance may be cooked, they might even need help from Sinister Clockman.. But yeah, it seems that Male_09 survived because of his rizz, which is just plot armour at this point.. The battle with the Scientist Toilet was amazing.. at first I thought Large TV Man died but it seems like he can survive without his head and yeah, this was huge episode 70 vibes.. It was worrying to see the characters get picked off one by one, if it wasn't for Large TV Man, then they all would've died to begin with. I did feel like there was a lack of Plunger Cameraman and Camera Woman though. Yeah, they all fought amazingly, the Large Speakerman tried his best and the Large Pencilman was good for support, thankfully he redrew himself after getting shot with a laser and Clock Woman was literally a key character here, it's thanks to her that not that much people died.. She was only unable to save the Large Speakerman and I can tell that she tried but she reached her limits so she couldn't.. Large Clockman was cool with that bullet deflector but he should've anticipated that the time stop wouldn't work.. It's actually thanks to the Large Speakerman that the Scientist died, that guy destroyed his mech and exposed the Scientist but still got hit by the laser and died and wow, Large Clockman really is the main character. Throughout this whole series, he has never actually died because there is always people around him that sacrifice themselves to save him and that's tragic, he just lost his best friend and his healer who have been with him since basically the start of the series and now they're gone. Thankfully Assassin Drillman wasted no time and one tapped the Scientist Toilet, he couldn't have escaped this time but yeah, they definitely need some time out and some upgrades. I get the feeling that Large Clockman will become wrathful going forwards, just like his future counterpart.. W Cozy reaction 🔥

Originally Counter is a small bug control a big body. The big body will fully build up after a while like a normal bug like spider shed it skin to grow further. But since Counter think more about defeating Clock Titan, it boss kick Counter out and Counter almost got killed. Then the enemy gives the Counter body to C Pen (which eventually got killed by Titan Pencil Woman) Counter wandering around looking for the better body since he knows his original body is weaker than the higher rank. In the secret scene, Counter sneak around while the team fighting against the Wraith (which is eventually the soldier of main enemy in this series) and manage to takeover Wraith’s body Although Counter Titan still hate Clock Titan, he knows that only Clock Titan can deal all of this mess (Counter now want revenge because his boss go too far and almost kill him, basically he is in our team now)
