so we are doing some trail maintenance and using the kubota and buncher as much as we can. this video is pretty much all bunching so I hope you enjoy!!

I continue to be amazed by what these somewhat “compact” machines are now capable of! They’ve basically been able to take a full size fellerbuncher, and shrink it down to almost a third of the size if not less! Very cool Kev!

It sure is Jerry. Ya we are still using them just haven't put them on yet cause we have been doing some moves on the road and they can mark them up and puts extra wear on them when we don't need too.

How do ou like that Bamako light buncher? What’s it other ballpark? How does it handle in the snow my skidsteer is awful in the snow.

We are really happy with it. Pairs well with the log grapples that we use. Pricing is on thr website but think it's in around the 39k cdn range. Also check out my other videos on prolynx traction bars. This will make your skidsteer like a little bulldozer in the snow. They were a game changer for us in the winter

You will have to go to the website to see all the specs. Head is 2300lbs so the bigger machine the better

It sure makes getting them the easiest to fell with least amount of collateral damage! Which can be tricky in thick brush like this.👍 Will you all pull any wood out to take back home on this gig?

Ya it does and sure saves hitting a wedge to get them in those holes to stop the collateral damage hand felling. Sadly this wood all stays on site. We just break it down abit and leave it.

@Skidder Kev Bummer...Growing up a guy built a house in the woods across from us. He had grown up in a family owned logging company in Oregon and had converted to a tree hugger. He wanted every tree that fell on his property to lay where it naturally landed and just rot. I always thought it was such a waste...but to each their own!
