The flash on the meteor is what happens when you get planet shaper, basically you have to keep opening meteors until you get that flash, when that flash happens, the next time you pull out crystalized it will be planet shaper.

Hi so to clarify that flash that you just saw while opening meteors, it was for crystallized. If u got that flash and then equipped/summoned crystallized, it will turn into planet shaper So basically when you said your luck is bad... you got the status effect for planet shaper in 1 percent (rare)

Tip: Don't waste your time spamming regular arrows to get Whitesnake. I don't know if Divalo is in the version that you are playing, but in this update, there's a huge coullesium at the beach. Go to it you'll see Divalo. Keep killing him, you will eventually get a requiem arrow. There is a 50% chance of getting Whitesnake if you use it.
