Hope that your holidays went well. I certainly hope your customers pay a flat rate for the season and not per snowfall. It's hard for your to make any money that way as some years it snows a fair amount while others it doesn't. How do you like your 36" Garant after 1 year of use?

Joe, hello, good to hear from you again. The Garant 36" is great, and I like it very much. But I'd still pick my 30" over it. The majority of my customers are "seasonal (written & verbal) contracts", and so far, I have not heard any complaints from them, even though, I have only visited and shoveled their properties 5 times this season so far (all very light snow). ☕️

Every season is (slightly) different, average, I'd say 25 (written & verbal accounts). During a snowstorm (5 inch snow and up), that number rise up to 30% to 40% more (callers, one day or one event service). Hope that makes sense.
