Skiing at Dizin Ski Resort in Iran

Filmed in January ,1978, I went skiing to Dizin Ski resort with a couple of friends of mine. Film shows my skiing, who then knew how to ski but didn't know how to stop. Also it shows distant Mt. Damavand (18,406ft=5,610m the highest in Iran) .
Dizin Ski Resort, thanks to high elevation(11,800 ft=3,600m), is famous for its aspirin snow quality and variety of courses. Air is thin but nice and crisp there, so 3 hours drive from city of Tehran is a good escape.
Situation in the capital in Iran gets deteriorated one year after this quick trip to Dizin.
Imam Khomeini came home and Pahalvi Dynasty virtually collapsed.
I evyewittnessed its whole drama, a moment of history, and it was a priceless experience in my life.
