I'm totally digging that mountain. The snow is a little stubbly right now but a good solid snow shave and you can see the possibilities. Big wide runs and great looking trees. Just imagine how good it is when fully pow'd out, yee haw! The town looks fun too but wth kind of space alien bowling ball is that! lol Here's to the Frachos beer and weirdest looking bowling ball I've ever seen fund! Haha

Laura is the official Safety Codes Officer of Rise & Alpine and she is a big believer in ATGATT "all the gear all the time". When she wakes up in the morning the helmet is immediately put on. Leading by example, safety first. Great role model.

Haven't skied at any Banff resorts. How did you mount your camera to your pole? I can't figure it out how you have done it. ID like to not have to carry an extra selfie stick.

So my Deorum Apollo ski poles have a mount called the "mono mount"... Before I used those I would bolt and epoxy go pro mounts to the top of my ski pole.

Never! The only thing that really messes up a base are big alpine rocks.

Yep these are 104 frees. Solid all around ski. My favourite skis are the 114 unleashed and the enforcer 99. Those are the two skis I pick up most often.
