Когда совсем совсем совсем нечем заняться, но очень хочется, то можно сделать какую нибудь миникладку во дворе. А так, хоть и красиво и аккуратно, но очень трудоемко, долго, не экономично. Но руки у парня золотые.

Не читай глупые комментарии. Идея супер. Когда не было денег мы так с отцом гараж построили за копейки. Несколько дополнений форму надо пропитать горячим машинным маслом и регулярно потом смазывать. Второе. Можно бетон делать попластичнее, и потом слегка постукивая осадить, будет плотнее. Третье, можно добавить куски сетки, любой, будет работать как арматура. Четвёртое. Чуть чуть клея ПВА превратит бетон в полимербетон, но для отделения от формы понадобится тальк. Зато блоки становятся прочнее. На этом всё. Ты молодец!

Love it Can you add end register points 15:24 for lateral alignment? Can you add motar groves at bottom and top? Can you add color to the inside and outside create a finished wall? Awesome work! I think if you can incorporate add these last components that it will make your block worth the labor but removing finish costs associated with complete wall finishing. I think you would have commercially competitive product! I was on the American 🇺🇸 inventor show in 2008 with a plastic brick that opened the Lego brick with holes on top. Good luck and my prayers are for you to create something wonderful for all people

Thanks, excellent work The block better be 1. 4 lines to assemble perfectly 2. try using CLC or Poly mix 3. Larger blocks 4. cure before removing the mold and 4. different block shapes

Also numbering the boards would help if you want to make more of them. And oil the PVC so that it is easier to remove. Maybe put a coat of paint on the wood to make it easier to remove.

It's common in other nations. I see it in pottery videos around the world. Americans are to heavy or not flexible enough to endure such a working posture.

@jerrebrasfield4231 True. I used to squat like this as a kid rather than sit on the floor. Or I would sit legs bent outward like cross-legged, but liwer legs bent outward. I was flexible and thin then. It's not healthy but convenient sometimes. Sitting weird like that as a kid caused me to be pidgin toed according to my Dr. In third world countries, some squat like that to use the toilet as it's a hole in the ground, and women give birth in that position. I watch pottery videos of people in Indonesia and elsewhere where they squat like this while working.

Можно изготовить, но нужен вибростенд, делать нужно не в колонну а в ряд так будет удобней, ну и формы около 20 штук. В день 100 штук можно делать с учётом что есть бетономешалка, в ручную замесы делать, к обеду скончаешься😅

Всякий длинный путь начинается с первого шага. И это только диванным экспертам, кажется, что 1000 блоков, это много. Даже если делать по пять блоков в день, понадобится всего лишь 200 дней, это чуть больше полугода.

Honestly, I'm pretty crafty and into diy myself, this is a pretty cool idea for a garden with pvc pipes in the holes. You can make a greenhouse with this idea... Honestly thinking about doing this now lol. Thumbs up and sub from me.😊

The brick pattern is periodical with two rows. By having three rows of bricks per block this doesn't work. Just change it to two or four rows per block.

Идея хорошая можно точно такую же опалубку сварить из металла и чтобы можно было легко собрать и разобрать. Или из дерево специальные пазы в опалубке чтобы тоже был легко разборным . Без шурупов надевались на специальные защёлки. ))) типа того короче. А если реально потратить час другой над конструкцией можно придумать хорошый небольшой бизнес

Это делается проще и быстрее если делать матрицу из металла и давить прессом или что то на подобие пресса. Тогда плотность продукта будет другая и их можно сразу перекладывать руками на площадку для просушки.

Рисунок сделан с ошибкой, финальная кладка даже с учетом раствора получится не правильная. А так идея давно известная, и вполне рабочая. Знаю людей котрые в ручную до фабрики по производству газобетона понимались. Тоже начмнали с мелких партий сделаных в ручную.

It’s because they made an odd number of course marks…had they only designed 2 courses or a 4 course design it would work out

That's not always true. A good deal of modern brick work is just facade, a facing layer of brick tied to either standard framed walls or block. Those can be laid in direct vertical columns for aesthetics. You can also use bond beam in between courses for structural vertical layouts, commonly done with concrete block, which will also generally have some or all of the cores filled with concrete.

It’s concrete. It’s called dry pack where I’m from. When done correctly you can strip the forms immediately.

They're in another country. America is the primary country that doesn't completely use the metric system. Doesn't necessarily mean that they don't know the imperial system, they just use what's taught there like how we primarily use the imperial system. If you work in a woodshop, or even welding, some states do teach both systems and how to convert them both or translate. At least that's what I learned in school. But I kinda leaned towards imperial more because of preference I guess. But anyway, if you wanna make this too, you can just make your brick a different size to your liking ☺️

@@wickidgamer9553 like I said they tried to convert us to the metric system when I was in school in the 1970’s. They pretty much said the hell with it, people were not interested in the metric system once we learned the imperial system. I remember in college they were teaching us this stupid ass formula how to figure out what the Celsius temperature was and vice versa. My point is just give the information in what we know and understand instead of making it difficult.

@ReedThomas71 Americans gave up on metric because they're lazy minded. Metric is easier. Once the whole country became aware that metric is better, the teachers realized change is not easy, so they decided we'll be backward to the rest of the world. Thinking that the whole world needs to know our stupid system in order to be easy for Americans proves my point. Me, me, me. Everything should be done for ME!
