that Herald Ember is the victim of too much youtube gameplay. gameplay wise he did decent but the execution suck balls. sometime before implementing youtube gameplay you have to consider their rank, something only work on a certain rank.

question from a noob here, plase be gentle. At the last brackets, where does ember get his damage from ?? I get drum is great for early to mid game but instead of eul's why not just straight up bkb ? And the end game, he build shiva which gives him no damage aside from it's active, and he still has his drum. The only consistant damage he has is radiance which does little to no damage in late game [right?]. I get that ember's carry style is in split pushing. But doesn't he need at least some damage to contribute in team fights ? Can anyone explain ? Much appreciated

In the last replay the enemy team have no simple way to remove embers flame guard which is most of his damage. What he needs is move speed so he can keep close to the enemy and run them down with right clicks and flame guard. The movement speed buffs make his remnants move faster when is playing aggressive which can be beneficial when combing with drums. In immortal and divine matches players tend to fight much earlier and if you go something like battlefury it will take too long to farm it up before you can fight. With something like drums it means ember can fight much earlier and it the item progression towards drums give much better stats for fighting regularly i.e. str, agi and int. Typically you can get away with battlefury with most matches under divine because that greed won't be punished. The shivas also acts similar to drums where it applies a movement slow so its easier to catch the enemy with movespeed but more importantly it give vision of heroes who might be hiding in the trees or trying to hide in the fog when running away. Overall shivas is making ember a better initiator which makes it easier for his team to find kills. Also take note that all of embers gpm was better so his items are expensive when buying all these extra small items for example at 20mins he had stick, stout shield, euls, drums, phase boots and bottle. Having these items at 35mins is probably not very effective and an item like euls tends to perform worse in the later parts of the game because players buy bkb

You need to good balance of everything. Typically gaurdian and herald players miss way too many creeps throughout the game which means your items come slower. It's important to get kills too but its easier to get kills if you have better items. Pushing down towers can be good but often players in mid to low tiers then to not take control of the map after some towers are killed. In lane its important to get last hits but also harass at the same time, good players will harass as much as possible but miss close to no last hits.

Euls doesn't really make sense on TB. He requires alot of stat items and a defensive euls is not so good if you don't have mobility spells on your hero like ember does. If you want survivability on TB typically people go force staff into a hurricane pike.

Honestly Herald has less toxic players than Crusader cuz crusader nowadays is so boastful and most of them is pretty self center and easily get tunnel vision unlike herald its like more on a chill game so they do better because most at the time they are relaxed and not always on beast mode trash talker unlike crusader and archon players

Your talking bout laning stage differences, but the matchups are different. Pango is a much easier matchup than kunkka or ench. Of course the immortal ember is more efficient in things etc but you have many points invalid just because the matchups arent balanced at all. Next time make sure the mid matchup is same :)

It's hard to find the exact same picks dude. Even the herald and legend player didn't adapt their skill build. Herald and legend guy doesnt understand how this game works. That's why they lose. Don't whine about the draft. If u want to master a hero u need to learn hero the hardest way possible. Let's say u r learning storm spirit. 1st pick storm, let ur enemy counter you. Figure it out.

U just critise the player while i think it would be a-lot better if you tell what the player should do in that situation. Ie: what the ember sould do vs kunkka match up, how he should rotate mid game to catch up or sth. We already know that its a unfavourable match up for kk. Kk is also more straightforward in game so he has more impact imo
