I had the Drennan Red Range 11m Carp pole recommended to me for its ease of use and cheap spare top kits. All the top kits come with factory fitted side puller slots and Drennan have the roller cone which is probably the best on the market. Easy to elasticate and when you buy it, it comes with what you need to elasticate the two top kits and the pole comes with all you need, and all you need to do is buy your elastic from a tackle shop or online. I have my two top kits that you get with the pole one elasticated with the Drennan Aqua 4-6 hollow, the other with the (also Drennan) green 6-8 hollow and i managed to land a mirror carp that was just under 10lb the other day with the Aqua and this is their lightest hollow elastic most suited for F1's and silvers but you can still catch Carp with it. You only need to cut back the top kit about 10cm if using the heavier elastics like the pink and red bungee. I have this pole and love it, cost is £225 and well worth it. Might seem like a lot of money but to put it in some perspective the most expensive poles you can buy, the flagship 16m ones are 3 or 4 grand. I recommend you check out a channel on here called Easy Fishing, the guy in that, Bill, does an in depth review of this pole and also has a video on how to elasticate a top kit with the Drennan roller cone which you use to elasticate your Red Range top kits with their side pull slots. Check his channel out.
