My only issue with this tank is that it's classed a heavy. If it was a medium, you wouldn't feel like you're letting your team down just by picking this and getting matched against a proper heavy.

Back in the day, this was Anfield's favorite tank. We would platoon together and have a blast... literally. Two of these working the same side of a map back then could literally take out half the opposing team in no time at all.

The real problem with 50B is that it has no armor and no camo rating at all so whenever you try to take a sneaky position, you'll get spotted.

I love the 50b, but it is the only tank i play with 100% gold and 3 premium consumables. It is insanely fun though.

amx50b is still a beast if you play it like a support medium and if you have a capable heavy team mate but most of the time you get paired against soviets while your team mates don't understand that a 50b can't facking brawl

Would be cool to see this tank buffed... Maybe make it more unique and give it an extra shell in the magazine. 5 shells for 2000 dmg in one clip would be cool, and nerf the reload from stock 29 seconds to 32 seconds. In real life, this tank had a 19 shell autoloader with 6 seconds for each shell.

For me this line is about intelligent gameplay and creatively thoughtful strategies, as opposed to the "switch off brain" mechanics of many premiums now that are, in my opinion, probably designed to function with auto-aim and full gold loadout.

@@gulagforyou2269 these are not normal autoloading mediums but heavy tanks and are large targets so its a bit difficult as u have no armour and amx 50 120 is the worst with 3 sec intra clip and the slowest of all 3

Back when I played on console like 4 years ago holy shit this tank was fun sure you get punished hard in it but you're heavy if you take 750 and clip someone it isn't great but even in your worst trades and games getting 3k damage is easy. The more you buff this tank the better it will treat you. I'm sure hardening and turbo would be nice but gun handling, speed, burst, and consistentcy was why this tank felt so good. If you want this to feel amazing you must run food, vents, prem ammo, etc just stack as much gun handling and dpm as possible it'll treat you right if you're good and know when to commit.

Im picking AMX50b in kind of award for me, for beeing good, for farming credits on my account by playing tier 8 premium tanks, or when i want to be fully competetive. Then i pick my 50b only with full gold, food, and bond eq. There is no tank as 50b poor version. This tank have potencial to change fate of battles, so it can be realy game changer. You have all - Mobility, amazing gun, and in good situations u have armor, even Jgpz e100 with gold bounced 2 times in a row when he gets baited on this lower plate. It is lovely tank, but only if u have experience in WOT :)

After dying from just 2 hits with HE from 268/5 im done with that rubish. Absolutely worst tier X "ht". That long how long its in the game as ht it is and will be rubish. Huge paper its not enough.. it have to be in fire all the fucking time even from tier 8 LT 1 shoot.. Its not hard to play, its just unplayable with you compare it to trvp or bc.. cos this is that scale, not other hts, but MM put you always vs heavy armoured HT. You see ht hull down.. and you can go home. What is the point existis "ht" if you have to stay in 5th line behind everything - cos spotted = 3 sec and dead
