Let us be real, the premium ruined the entire tech tree line before it even came out. They took the derp guns from them, nerfed their speed, the tier 10 has abysmal top turret weakspots with hull armor that really kinda doesn't work. Don't forget that the guns are still unreliable. Edit: The jet boosters are nice, but not nice enough to warrant making the rest of the tanks as bad as they are. Hell, at tier 10 a lot of the mobile heavies still go faster even with the bz75 using boost.

you can use the stock turret to. The gun handling and reload is getting worse but it is already shit so you can get at least a better armor protection with stock turret

The tier 7 was alright. This one feels bad - the gun trolls really hard. Cupolas are easy to hit, but the turret can sometimes work. Not against good prem ammo tho. Overall, the tank itself sucks - it’s massive, your hull peeks out a lot, it can’t sidescrape because of the weakspots. The only thing it has going for it are the boosters and the fact that you are playing with the “top” gun from the start. The tier 9 is quite a bit better. The turret is the best from the line (the cupolas are fine, way better than the tier X), the hull is average. Can’t sidescrape as well, because of the stupid turret mounting or whatever that weakspot is. You get lower gun depression but it still works. The gun is pretty good - 530 alpha feels nice. Basically the E75 gun, maybe with better dpm, inaccarute af tho. On my way to the tier X currently, looks like it’s the same tho. So to sum it up. WG released a balanced tree. Has obvious weakspots, close quarter guns, strong frontal armor and hits hard. You can even boost into a position! Sounds great on paper. The tanks are mediocre tho. The guns WILL troll you, the armor is not reliable, even if you bounce one shell, you will get shredded by HEATs. On the other side, you will be forced to shoot heat as well, since you either can’t hit enemy weakspots mid-range, or because you face off agaist a tank which outperforms you hull down (Phase, Swedes, and every other tank in this meta). I corridor maps you have to be patient and wait for your opportunity or get some shots in early - you can’t sidescrape against anyone who can see their reticle go green. The jet boosters are a boon, but should be buffed. The top speed or the hull traverse should be buffed. It’s the only thing that’s special about these tanks and they don’t actually do much. The competitive heavies (M4 54, VZ 55, etc) are just as fast as you, since there is a cooldown between uses. Otherwise you are as fast as a superheavy, the tier 8 being the only mobile one (not exceptional tho). Now onto the good - there are two things I found working. You can trade. The high alpha and HP allows you to. That’s all. These tanks would be great if all the other ones would be balanced in a similar fashion. They trade so much for those jet boosters, which aren’t worth it with what they do. Sadly, with how things are and what’s currently competitive, these tanks are average (with one closed eye). They need either a mobility buff, gun handling buff, pen buff or armor changes. Basically any buff will do, as long as it’s noticeable. If you got all the way here, thank you for reading. I hope my experience will be helpfull to anyone thinking about investing their time into this tree line.

Just why it has to be SUCH a big diffrents between BZ 166 and Bz 176 we all ready KNEW that the payto win tank wold be better BUT by so much is just showing that all Tech tanks will not be played anymore in the future GO tier by tier and name the best tank for each if jsut once you say a Tech Tree tank than tell me which one

Shrek needed all 3 stages of BP completed - thus it was not easy and fast, in fact doing 1,5 levels/day even with dailes is 1h of playing every day for 3 months...

WG wants you to pay to get through the garbage tech tree tanks, and they want you to pay for the better premium tanks. That's pay to win. WG is a free to play at a disadvantage game.

Im currently grinding this garbage and this one could actually made me rage quit which never really happened before. Its managed to be worse than CS-53 in tier 8. This tank offers nothing. Gun is trash in every way. Cupolas are easy to hit. It turns slower than a Maus (or at least it feels like). Mobility without boosters is dreadful. Lower plate is massive. The alpha is okayish but you will miss anyways. At least the gold is worthless too. The only savingpoint is the fact that you dont have to grind out a bunch of modules so you can leave this tank a bit faster. Highly recommend to skip this one if you can.

Hey bud if WOT'S want to make more money from me it won't happen till my AIM CIRCLE looks normal. Your aim circle while on the move is smaller than mine is no matter how long I aim. I get lit up from across the map while hiding behind a bush, yet you ambush tanks like they never see you. When I get hit I lose mods and crew with almost every hit yet half the shot hitting you bounce off without even scratching the paint. Well I complained to the service techs about game play and for years now my account is messed up. I see you as the son of WOT employee have much different experience. At max view range your ain circle is about the size of a track roller and my circle is 3x the size of the tank 30% of the time I can't even hit the tank yet you hit the mark every time without fail? If anyone really thinks this game isn't rigged you should consider taking meds! As a player who has over 70 premium tanks and refuses to spend one dime till my account gets fixed I can tell you WOT is losing money for all the WRONG reasons. RNG and tampering with player's accounts would be at the top of the list along with castrating a tank after I play real money for it, just so you can sell me another one! It's been almost 18 month without spending $1 on your game, congrates.
