Jen's confidence has grown so much since starting LEDGER. Like she always preformed well. But you can just tell she's more comfortable now when not behind the drums. She is just an all around great performer. The biggest hidden gem in the music industry.

There is a lot to take into account. First and foremost Skillet tours a lot so it's possible she could have just lost her voice. Second it's live and she may have just slipped up. She is only human as they say lol. Third she has matured since first doing Hero back in 2009. She was like 19-20 then. At the point of this concert she would have been 29-30. You can hear the difference in her voice.
