I'm not sure if it's sad or satisfying that this is really the only live footage of Skillet's Imperfection. Really wish Skillet did a concert tour where they bring back their old songs from Collide and such. Would die to see and hear the songs 15+ years from their release dates!

Yes, I've been saying this for quite a while. Re-release a double album of songs from Collide and earlier in a unique different way and bring out special guests to perform with them. Kinda like the last Breaking Benjamin album. That would be sooooo good! They could tour off of that for 3 years and not have to release a new album.

They still acknowledge these older songs from time to time. Mainly on social media stories. I’ve seen them post videos with “the thirst is taking over” and a version of “collide” with Jen singing on it. And they occasionally do fan polls where fans vote what song/songs should be added to the show. I know in 2014 they ran a poll and “imperfection” was on the list but unfortunately didn’t get enough votes. It got beat by “my obsession” “open wounds” and “collide”. Maybe in the future they’ll do what bands like disciple and red did and celebrate a albums anniversary by playing the whole thing live from start to finish!

Collide in my opinion is their best album and it always will be. Too bad I never heard of Skillet until around the time Awake was fresh out of the oven. I'd do anything to be at that show.

You guys are all far too kind- I'm so glad you enjoyed the video, and it's crazy to learn that there aren't other clips of this- it's always been one of the my top 5 Skillet songs!! I've put up all of the other videos from the show- clips of Forsaken, Alien Youth, Savior and a tiny sliver of Ben & Lori's solos. Sorry I don't have any other full songs, but I was far more in to photography and spent most of the time taking photos!

I can seriously see them bringing this song back for a few shows sometime in the future. Back in 2014 they let fans pick 3 songs from a small list of songs to play live. Unfortunately this song lost to collide, open wounds, and my obsession but the fact that it was even a option shows they still love and are willing to play it…that and occasionally fans make requests and sometimes they actually play those requests so maybe someone will ask for it one day!

I think Collide onwards John's voice massively improved to be honest. Perhaps he doesn't sound as good these days, but bear in mind he IS in his early 40s now. Personally, I think he's still on good form.

Cuz Its not necessarily as popular with the fans like “savior”, “collide” “forsaken” and “open wounds” are, They still occasionally and rarely play those songs for special events or when they do online fan voting for what songs should be added to the set. That and they release 6 albums since then. Sometimes people in meet and greets request songs and they do em on stage so maybe one day they’ll do it or maybe more people will vote for it on the next poll!

They only played it for one or two tours I believe. There’s a video of them playing it in Russia 2011, I saw them play it that year as well or maybe it was summer 2012 don’t remember but I didn’t record it
