@@yupsure Sounds like an amazing mic for concerts, no matter which direction the camera is pointing, it's still picking up sound from the main source (speakers) in incredible quality.

It was possible back in the day with a pocket radio . Places and venues that use older radio mics for instruments and vocals or the older wireless guitar belt packs etc. They weren't encypted and used public frequencies. So in the 90s and 00s when radio mics became preferable over wired people stole unproccessed audio using an FM radio or VHF /UHF reciever . So many famous artists and performances could have been captured in this way sadly people didn't cotton on for years. This was bad when artists were muted at soundboard level and using playback and the mic was live but silenced or there is autotune and reverb and you hear the live feed raw. Sometimes you can pick up the wireless in ears system too if that is in place. Britney was caught out by this trick and somone got her live voice captured and put it on youtube by picking up the transmitions from her headset mic. Now some are encypted or use special liscenced frequencies but some artists use older mics I am fairly sure Cher uses the same radio mic she's had for years and some older venues use older systems anyway. Well its posssible to tap into them epsecially if its an older FM system.
